Eligibility & Program Details
Who Can Join?
Age Range:
- Youth between the ages of 12–17. Exceptions may apply—just ask!
Skill Level:
- Competitive Division — Team average of 3+ years experience
- Recreational Division — Less than 3 years experience.
- If you’re unsure which division suits your team, we’re happy to help—just ask before registering!
Team Size:
- Teams of 4-6 players (co-ed or single gender)
Coaching:
- Each team needs one coach (volunteer coaches are welcome!)

Fees: $165/player + $200 volunteer deposit
Volunteer: 6 hrs or casino shift
Equipment: Curling broom & curling shoes or indoors shoes with slider
Season Overview
Duration: 12-game Winter season
Weekly Games: Saturdays or Sundays, either morning or afternoon
Locations: Rotating through curling clubs in the Edmonton region
Tentative Schedule (subject to venue confirmation):
- November to March, game dates T.B.D.
Final schedule will be shared after registration closes.
Fees & Registration
Team Fee: $660 per team (4 players) = $165/player
Spares List: $25 per spare player
Volunteer Deposit: $200 per player—refundable after completing required volunteer hours
Casino Year: Must cover at least one volunteer shift during our casino fundraiser (Oct to Dec 2026)
What to Bring
Clean indoor shoes (no outdoor dirt on the ice!)
Layers & comfy clothes (think sweaters and sweatpants)
Equipment: Curling broom & curling shoes or indoor shoes with slider
